THE COMICS

Comics actually are the most important topic on TV and on films. We can define comics like series of paintings with a narrative part (with text or without text). It’s a graphic narrative and their purpose is to transmit information and catch an aesthetic answer of the reader.

The comics focus on some subjects. For example you focus just in draws and graphic design, or you can focus on sociological aesthetics in the story. In the 60’s the comics were considered “the ninth art” by Morris and Francis Lacassin because many people began entering into this topic. In 1961, the most important publishing house of comics “MARVEL COMICS” was created. The “Marvel Comics” created emblematic characters with a superhero genre like “X-men , Hulk, Wolverine, Thor, Iron Man, The Advengers, Spider-Man, Daredevil, The Fantastic Four and Captain America. Many of these comics were created by Stan Lee, one of the most important creators in the comic’s world.

Actually their aesthetic is represented in many works of publishing, design, fashion, and movies. In the cinema, comics have been carried to movies, and it has been really enjoyable to see the performance of these characters and the story behind them.

Certainly I recommend taking some time to enjoy comics. You can take the pleasure to read de original comics and maybe next, to see the movies.
